Return Policy
Items that are in unworn, original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an online credit, store credit, or exchange, minus the cost of our initial shipping to you, regardless of any shipping promotions that are extended to you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or store/online credit, your item must be in original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange or store/online credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges and Credit
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or online/store credit.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@sebastianmccall.com and send your item to: 311 Market St., Philadelphia, PA, 19106, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, minus the cost of our initial shipping to you. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, minus the cost of our initial shipping to you and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Items usually will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. If we find any delay in processing your order we will reach out to you immediately. 
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be applied to your online credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
